Description

jordans 2018 was debuted worldwide on the feet of Michael Jordan during All-Star Weekend in Chicago, IL. The importance of this particular sneaker cannot be overlooked as it marked the first chapter of Tinker Hatfield’s legacy with the Jumpman, and also the one that kept MJ from leaving Nike to sign elsewhere. On the night of February 6th, the famed white leather sneakers on MJ’s feet catapulted him from the free throw line to the winner’s circle, defeating a very worth opponent in Dominique Wilkins. The very next night, MJ laced up a black leather version, dropped 40 points, and took home the prestigious All-Star Game MVP award.Jordan Brand is celebrating two key sporting events from 1988 with this Air Jordan 3 “Korea”, a tribute to Michael Jordan’s epic Dunk Content performance as well as the Summer Olympic games that took place in Seoul. Featuring classic elements of the “White/Cement” Air Jordan 3, this special edition release infuses South Korean themes with the flag on the tongue, the blue and red ankle, and special Korean messaging on the inner tongues.
Nike Air Jordan 2017 to be limited to around 300 pairs, the Air Jordan 3 “Korea” will release exclusively in South Korea at the Jordan Hongdae store and on nike.com.kr. See a closer look at this highly anticipated release and stay tuned for updates. The Air Jordan footwear preview continues as we get a first look at the Air Jordan 3 Flyknit. Jordan Brand first toyed with bringing the revolutionary knit material to the Air Jordan 1 Retro High by transforming the original “Banned”, “Royal”, and “Shadow” as well as a few other styles with Flyknit uppers. That idea has now moved on to the Air Jordan 3, which makes use of a textured Flyknit upper that accentuates the famed elephant print on the toe and the heel. The Jordan 3 Flyknit has some old-school flair to it as it utilizes leather interior lining and the classic sole. This Air Jordan 3 “Free Throw Line” release is set to kick off a wild weekend of All-Star Game inspired footwear, but New Yorkers will get an early jump ahead of this Wednesday’s official drop. The Nike NYC Twitter reveals that the shoes will release through SNKRS Pass in New York City today.
Best Jordans 2018 are lucky enough to get through will be able to reserve their pairs for an easy pick-up on the official release date of February 14th. When this will occur hasn’t been made clear yet, so keep posted on the SNKRS App for notification. The long-awaited return of the Air Jordan 3 “Black Cement” with Nike Air branding on the heel is coming this February. The original logo treatment on this original colorway was last seen in 2001 as subsequent Air Jordan 3 Retro releases were graced with the new Jumpman logo on the heel, but the “White/Cement” release of 2013, a 25th Anniversary tribute to MJ’s epic Dunk Contest performance, gave purists the relief they needed. While the shoes are set to drop on schedule on Nike SNKRS and its Tier 0 Jordan retail partners, it appears that other shops categorized as Tier 1 Jordan accounts will have their release postponed to April 30th,and thus far no release has caused quite the commotion like these. The glaring addition of the Swoosh logo is actually a reflection of designer Tinker Hatfield’s original sketch of the shoe, and thirty years later Nike is finally bringing that idea to life in a “Fire Red” colorway that also features the beloved Nike Air logo on the heel.
